Work Description: Mice eradication and maintenance
Comments: We first hired Rick back in 2014 to rectify a mice issue we were having in our basement. Rick did assist in getting rid of the mice. Since 2014, Rick helped with maintenance to avoid with any future issues. The problem I have with Rick is more recent. We paid Rick in full to continue monthly maintenance. Since October, I have tried to schedule an appointment with Rick. He has avoided responding, he has made appointments only to not show up and at this time he has violated the signed contract that I have. I would not recommend him to anyone. He has displayed his work ethic and his businesses dysfunction. Rightfully, save yourself a large headache, and choose another company.Carteret NJ

Comments: I had a terrible experience with this company. My shed in the backyard is infested with groundhogs. I hired Panther Animal & Pets Control LLC. Rick assessed the problem and assured me that the shed will be animal proof for 3 years( 3 years guaranteed after his solution) I paid him $675 in cash . However his solution was temporary and animals are back in the shed. I have called this company several times in last 2 months but they always come up with excuses such as Rick is in the hospital or he is on the roof etc. The animals are still destroying my shed and property. Comments: I hired him for a one year pest control contract for my home, which included coming out to the house anytime we had a pest problem. The first couple times he came to the house he was pleasant enough. Then in the early spring, we began to have an ant problem. I called and scheduled a time for him to come out, but he never showed up. A couple times he rescheduled his visit due to weather (which is understandable). Then he stopped answering my phone calls and texts. Yet, when I called from a new number, he would answer the phone and make up excuses for the calls he dodged. And still, he never showed up. He would refuse to answer calls from any number I had ever called from. I have called dozens of times , and left many messages, from April- late July. I made the mistake of paying for a full year of service upfront. He took my money, and stopped providing the service he is contracted to provide. Very untrustworthy,Old Bridge NJ

Being that I had a 1 year warranty, I asked for additional treatments since they didn't resolve the issue and have been getting the run around for 3 months.
