Work Description: Emergency Roofing Repair and more.
Comments: Called Paladin Remodeling, excellent recommendation. They had excellent experience with carpenter ants, and coordinated with Orkin to correct the issue. Did a tear off and replaced the decking in one day. Paladin did a great deal of work and did so very efficiently and quickly. Also did repairs to my living room and other areas of the house. They were able to take care of all of my electrical issues, carpentry issues, roofing, window treatments, drywall, and painting. Basically I got a brand new living room and put him to work in other areas of my house. We were code compliant for the entire project, they were very knowledgeable of the codes and able to bring everything up to code while keeping me happy. They improved the overall condition of the house, it will be much more easy to care for, they have helped eliminate the pest control problem, and it looks much more attractive as well. The owner and foreman have been very accessible and very cooperative. Their project took about 6 weeks, in which we were able to live in the house during the entire project. They have done fine work for me and I would absolutely recommend them to other families.-
