We do an extensive prep job on all interiors, which include fixing
nail pops, holes from nails and screws, stress cracks, put caulk were needed throughout your home and cover all hardwood floors with 3ft paper so there is no chance of paint getting on your floor.
For exteriors, we pressure wash first (with your choice of detergent), prime all nail heads that are visible, caulk any crack or crevasse, scrape were needed, and prime any raw surface.We are lic insured and also have workmans comp.
