Work Description: This company was hired to bring rental property up to code but failed
Comments: Prince was hired to repair an investment rental property to code. He failed to pull any city permits and disregard city coded to address category 2 designation prior to performing other restorative repairs. Contractor was paid a sum of $24,300 to complete rehab. Client worked for 2 week then just stopped doing the job. I recently found out that Prince isn't licensed by the Department of Labor and have several lawsuit against his company with the BBB. Before using this company please do your research on him and do not give this guy any money up front. He's a very poor business owner.Minneapolis MN

Work Description: Company was hired to remodel a bathroom in our home/business.
Comments: The crew arrived 45 minutes late on the first day on the job "Thursday". The following day "Friday", they only work an hour before leaving which prompt me to dig into the company history. It was discovered this company isn't licensed with the Department of Labor and have two open lawsuits and three closed in 4 years in business. I would strongly recommend NOT to use this company or you will regret it. Since we have surveillance cameras on my property, I decided to look at them over the weekend. It was discovered that an employee of Branson Constructions urinated in the dumpter in the front yard in broad daylight. Another employee was seen smoking a marijana cigarette. The following Monday the company was released from their responsibility and owner "Prince" spent the $3500 deposit, therefore we're going to court to resolve matter because he doesn't feel he owes me the full deposit. Stay clear of this company.

Work Description: Prince did painting and miscellaneous tasks around the house.
Comments: I am extremely satisfied with the work he did. I would definitely recommend him.-
