Work Description: repaired/replaced drywall slant ceiling. no complaints about his work, just his work ethic
Comments: my tenant had three weeks notice to clear the room, and another reminder 2 days before, when we got there she still had furniture and clothing in the room. I told Onassis that I did not care if he went ahead with the ceiling as is because I was not going to pay extra for him to play moving Man and maid. This is what my tenant sent me by text regarding his comments to her:"you told the ppl who fixed my wall to take the wall down anyway with my furniture still in the bedroom and whatever else was said cause they actually told me to that you are a horrible landlord and that I should be living in these conditions with kids and that I should try to move as soon as possible so before you try to point fingers"
I don't think I will be hiring him again. He also never returned the house key after no less than five requests and promises that he would. The first time we had an appointment for me to meet him at his house to get the key, he never answered the door or the phone.
BTW, there are five people living in an apartment that started out with two people, he is right they shouldn't be living like this, but that has nothing to do with me as a landlord and certainly was not the place of someone I am paying to talk shit about me to my tenant .
