Work Description: Remodel master bath, paint bath and master bedroom, stain fence and replace fluorescent with can lights in kitchen
Comments: Mike was initially very prompt, professional and delivered as contracted. Then he had death in the family and then more death in the family; had to go to Costa Rica. Had unsupervised subs. Lots had to be redone. Then didn't pay subs and I had to pay them after paying him. Work left unfinished. No hot water in shower. Sinks leaking from loose gaskets. Tile not cleaned of grout. Did not remove debris from reno. Has key to property that he wouldn't return so I had to re key my doors. He just left. Never reappeared. I've texted, called, reported to Lowe's/Porch but no response. I had to hire someone to come and redo water in shower, take care of leaks in sinks, remove debris. RUN in the opposite direction if he responds to a contractor call. Serious character flaws. Deceptive. Dishonest.Lake Dallas TX

Work Description: The owner, Mike Bonilla is a criminal. Do NOT hire. After proving unable to get the job done, he decided to modify a check for partial payment to a much higher amount. Luckily carbon copy checkbooks are your friend when dealing with dishonest contractors.
