Comments: This is being generous. The work was done to a 99% job well done. We had popcorn removed and retexturing of all walls and ceilings in our home.Throughout the entire process, Greg, the owner, did nothing except trying to sell us on more services after repeatedly telling him we can’t afford it. He kept pushing, every single time we talked to him or saw him in person. He hires outside help and would have been easier to team with them even with a language barrier. They are the ones doing all the work and they did a good job overall.
Other issues involved Greg charging our credit card multiple times for other customers resulting in me having to call and cancel our card, request a new one, and just added frustrations that were unnecessary. He needs an admin person but the one he has, he speaks poorly to and acts condescending when he should be teaching him the proper ways.
With the snow this week, he had delays but then Greg doesn’t say anything for two days. My husband meets him on the last scheduled day to settle our remaining amount owed. Greg continues to sell my husband on services and saying he wants until Monday to fix the issues. Every day that he’s in our house, we are paying to live elsewhere. We paid the remaining amount owed in full and Greg turns around saying he’s going to put a lien on our house for non-payment, which he will have more issues from us if he does. He keeps trying to sell my husband on other services and there are a couple of minor issues with the work. We’ve taken the job as is because it’s too annoying to deal with Greg even one more day to get these errors fixed. Now he’s sending me long text messages about how unnecessary my husband was today but it’s because of all these issues mentioned above. It’s been a hassle to say the least and it was a $15000 job to start with. No one should have to deal with this nonsense when your paying this much money for a job.

REFER TO THE BBB COMPLAINT WHERE IT'S ALL LAID OUT INCLUDING HIS INABILITY TO RESPOND ON A TIMELY BASIS AND CONTINUES TO HARRASS ME A YEAR LATER FOR THE WORST INTERIOR WALL JOB EVER. WE'VE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS JUST REPAIRING WHAT HIS "PROFESSIONALS" HAVE DONE TO OUR HOME AND CONTINUES TO DEMAND THAT WE LET HIM BACK ON THE PROPERTY. NEVER AGAIN.

Work Description: The Painter came out and performed a job where he had to paint the small portion of my house from the base of the house to the apex of the house. He had to scrape the area all the way down to the surface, prime, and then paint the area. Maybe somewhere in the neighborhood of 275 square feet.
Comments: I was extraordinarily satisfied with the promptness of the completion of his work. This painter came out the day I put the request in. Estimated it and the was back the next day to paint while I was at work. He was very clean and did very good work. I was extremely satisfied and plan to use this contractor for other home improvement needs in the future.
