Comments: This is a rental property, I live in another state. I requested Normans to give me an estimate, before any work was done. He went out a placed an elbow on top of the hot water heater and tried to charge me a $125 service charge plus parts and labor. In most cases the service charge is waived if repairs are done. I paid for parts and labor. Regardless, he should have contacted me before he did anything.New Orleans LA

Comments: Highly recommend....price was great and Tommy was very helpful. My water heater needed replacing. Tommy called Whirlpool and found out my heater was still under warranty. He then went to Loew's and picked up the new heater and installed it without me having to leave work. Highly recommend Norman's Plumbing!Harvey LA
