Work Description: The 1st visit was well played as nick displayed great work ethics, but to my surprise that was all a lie. He suggested to 1st put a drano solution through the pipes, give it 10 minutes and see what happens because the pipes might be to old to use the snake. After the wait, pipes seemed clear. He then told me that if any problems happen after 2 hours to call him plus he gave me a 30 day warranty with my payment. 2 hours later the drain was clogged again. I called, made plans with him for a scheduled visit the next day. No call, no text, no show. He literally dodged my calls for 5 days, only texted back when he felt threatened after i told him that i would take legal actions towards him. 5 days has passed with a clogged bathtub drain, no visit our call back. I will be seeing NJN Mechanical in court.
Comments: I'm a single father with a teenager who needs his showers for school. For a growing boy going through puberty, sweat glands are terribly smelly. ASC child care services known about this problem with my bathroom and looked upon me to fix this problem. Well the problem isn't fix and my trust for this company is 0%. It's not even a company! Where's my insurance? Where's the guarantee that my warranty is valid? How do you schedule a time with a client and no show, no call or text? My payment means nothing. So yes this will be taken to court because to child care services this is called bad hygiene and neglect. Now i have to find another plumber! Don't trust this so called company! They don't care about their customers at all!Ridgewood NY

Work Description: Repaired boiler.
Comments: Nicholas repaired leak on boiler as well as electrical components and got the boiler running like new. He was clean, on time, and very reasonably priced. I was very satisfied and would recommend him.
