Comments: Horrible!!! Price was good but he didn’t check where the leak was coming from. I bought ALL the parts. Toilet only consist of the inside parts three bolts that holds the toilet to the tank and a wax ring . Told him I thought it was The wax ring leaking but I have all the parts I expected a plumber to come in and look for the leak and tell me where the leak is not come in and just Slid the toilet off when you’re sick and didn’t check for old wax on the bottom just put down the rain put the toilet back on top within 10 minutes was done but didn’t fix the leak half hour later bolts are leaking comes back says tighten them fixed next morning bolt slid the toilet off winners and didn’t check for old wax on the bottom just put down the rain put the toilet back on top within 10 minutes was done but didn’t fix the leak half hour later bolts are leaking comes back says tighten dump fixed next morning bolt dripping water text them you can’t call him mailbox is full tell him it’s leaking can you come out tomorrow morning then he calls me and says it’s another charge for the bolts when he didn’t fix the leak to begin with if you go to a doctor and you tell him you think your appendix is bad does the doctor just take your appendix out no he checks it to see what’s wrong with your appendix he’s the plumber I’m the customer I guess he forgot who is the professional . Don’t use them
Apologize about how you feel, we talked to you for over 25mins on the phone from the start you called us out to your home and asked us to replace your wax ring we gave you a price of $95 you gave us the go ahead to come out and replace your wax ring and we did that with no problem, you called back and said hey the toilet is leaking still we came back out to check and we found out you have another problem with the tank to bowl gasket we gave you a price of $175.00 discount of the $95 you so you would pay only $80 difference you where upset didn’t want to pay you wouldn’t us to do it for free and we are a business we do not do free work again rule #1 customer is always right, therefore you didn’t call us to come out and inspect the toilet you new what the problem was and we only did what you asked us to do which was changed the wax ring and any other company would have done what we did as well thank you again

Comments: Let me start by saying this was a total surprise as most water tanks are when they stop working. I contacted NGU drain cleaning and Jay came out assessed the situation and scheduled a replacement around my schedule. He was reasonable, prompt professional and cleaned up after. I definitely will use NGU again.

Comments: Contractor came back twice to fix the leak but caused a larger leak as a result of their last visit .

Work Description: Gave me a good qoute. Asked for money up front. Couldn't get in touch with the next day. Hired another plumber to do job. Ngu showed up 3 days later unannounced. I informed plumber I hired someone else. Refused to give me refund. All numbers for ngu plumbing disconnected.

Comments: Worst experience of my life. Unreliable service. Terrible customer service. Scam artist.
