Comments: After coming to do the job, up charged me & said these doors different to the usual ??? Made it out like I tried to deceive him. He ran long & just wanted more money. Rude owner !

Work Description: INSTALLED SURFACE MOUNT MEDICINE CABINET AND TWO SAFETY GRAB BARS

Comments: ALTHOUGH THE WORKERS ON JOBSITE WERE VERY PLEASANT,OWNER VINNY WAS ABRASIVE AND RUDE.INSINUATING I WAS NOT TRUTHFUL WITH HIM.HE ASKED ME QUESTIONS ABOUT THE JOB,I ANSWERED HONESTLY,HE GAVE ME A QUOTE.WHEN WORKERS EXPERIENCED PROBLEMS ALL OF A SUDDEN I WAS A BAD GUY IN VINNY'S EYES.CALLED ME TRYING TO SQUEEZE ME FORMORE MONEY.I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS OUTFIT.
I am sorry to say that this gentleman is lying about every aspect of the experience we had with him,,, his mother was a darling, my guys went in there to install 2 grab bars and a medicine cabinet, that we were led to believe was a very simple job the medicine cabinet had to be put together it was an elaborate medicine cabinet, with side mirrors I think it was a Kohler, very hard time putting in a tapcon screws into the cement but my guys got through it and did it and almost 5 hours maybe a little bit longer, but the ironic thing about all of this, is that I never called him to ask him or squeeze him for any money, on the contrary, the mother already wrote out a check , my guys were already back to another job all I was doing was calling him and telling him that the job was a lot more to it, then he explained . He did not like me saying that!and started talking to me like a tough guy using words like you listen to me in a very bad tone, I decided just to hang the phone up. Unfortunately things will happen where your personalities will Clash, especially the ones that act like tough guys over the phone and are disrespectful !!!!!!networx has been a good system for me, and I will continue to use , it works ,and the customer that wrote a complaint, like this customer ,obviously has nothing to do! and there are so many great customers out there, this one does not matter!!! thank you

Work Description: Fixed my shower. Tiles were falling off . Also put up a curtain rod and put in new kitchen faucet.

Comments: Best handyman ever! Great workmanship,punctual and professional.
Three different people looked at my shower and told me the whole thing had to be ripped out. Vinny came in and looked at the shower and said I think I can fix it. Within 2 days he fixed the whole shower and charged me a fraction of what others had quoted. I am so happy to have my shower fixed and not spend so much! Thanks Vinny! I will use you again.
