Work Description: I had two clogged toilets (out of two!)
Comments: John, the owner, responded to my email/text SOS personally, and within 15 minutes of me placing the request. He advised that he was finishing up another job and could get to me "within an hour". When I told him I was "pending" with RR, he very kindly said it was no problem...I could spend $450 minimum with them (exactly what they told me), or save over $250 with him, unless something drastic was wrong". Since I had a fairly good idea what the problem was, I called RR back and cancelled my "pending" (they could have cared less) and asked John to come when he was done at his current job. He arrived in about 25 minutes, had the problems taken care of in 20 minutes and took 10 minutes showing me that all was well, making sure I knew how to avoid a repeat event, and cleaning up any drips that occurred.John was respectful of me, my property, was prompt and pleasant to deal with. I did save more than that $250 and learned he's a full service plumber, doing conversions from tub to shower, making this a very happy, handicapped customer. His business card is firmly planted on the side of my fridge for the next time I need a plumber...bathroom reno, here I come!
