We are sorry you feel this way. We were able to restore power at poor connections and had the unit panel working. Unfortunately in RV's there are some internal specialty parts that have to be addressed by an RV company that we can not take care of, that was this case. When parts or wiring aren't installed properly prior to us helping you it can cause problems out of our control. We hope you are able to get the internal problem fixed.

Work Description: We were having major electrical issues. Several appliances had burnt out as a result. He tested the breaker box and all of the outlets and said they were working. He tried to sell us a $1500.00 surge protector. He was most focusing on selling the surge protector. He wouldn't tell us why our electric was surging so powerful and he offered no solutions for the problem. We called another electrician to come out and he told us the problem and solution to the problem and didn't even charge us for coming out. It's by the grace of God our entire home didn't burn down. I would NOT recommend Mr. Electric for any electrical problem unless you need a $1500 surge protector. And you want to pay $160.00 service fee for coming out to sell you the surge protector.

I am sorry you were not happy with our service. Our tech is a master electrician and checked for loose connections. We were called out to meet Kirk Christiansen on site and never had contact with you with regards to our findings. We were called out to investigate a surge that occurred and it is impossible to find the cause of a surge after the fact unless some evidence is present(there are many causes). Our recommendation to prevent future damage to the appliances was a surge or power conditioner. All the circuits were checked out and had power present so it is reasonable to charge as we had done some investigation. If you go to a Dr he charges for the appointment and testing which is what you paid for. I would like to know what the other electrician told you and found so we may improve our service and review our procedures. Please contact our office and if we trulely did not perform to our expectations we would be happy to refund the $160 fee
