Work Description: Unclog slow draining sink
Comments: Our HSA home warranty sent Mounts out to clear a stopped kitchen sink. It took three days for them to call me to make an appointment and then when they got there they didn't have the tools they needed to do the job. The plumber had to spend the whole time on the phone with another plumber because he didn't know what he was doing and ended up having to run to Menards to buy tools. In the process of clearing the clog they burned up the motor in my garbage disposal and then told use we had to put in a new ticket through the HSA so they could replace it. After all this the sink still doesn't drain. From the time I requested service it has been a week and we still don't have a working sink or now a working garbage disposal. We were told they would be back out today to finish the job (after a three day weekend) so my fiancé took off work to be home and now we are being told they don't have us on the schedule and tomorrow afternoon is the earliest they can make it. Really terrible service. I am not the kind of person that usually posts reviews but I feel like people need to know how terrible this company is. They clearly don't care that they not only didn't fix the problem but also broke our disposal and we are still without a sink. Next time we have to put in a plumbing service request with the HSA I am going to do my best to make sure Mounts doesn't get the job.Saint Charles MO

Work Description: Rocky was here around time we stated. He did fix the problem in a very quickly, asked for a quote on my second bathroom said he would call that same evening and it is a day later and I have not heard from him.?????
Comments: All I am asking for is someone I can trust to get the work done that I need to get done.
