Work Description: My water heater was leaking from the bottom and I needed to get a new one, have it installed and have the old one hauled away.
Comments: I put my request in about 8:30 on Wednesday evening. I received information back right away from Networx on four different plumbers. Within 10 minutes of my original request, Moises from M&M Plumbing called me. He was very professional and provided me with a quote for the entire process that was $200 less than other plumbers/installers I had already contacted to purchase the same Rheem water heater and installation service. We set up a time for the next morning. They arrived early as they said they would and did a great job with the installation. He gave me instructions on what I needed to do if there were any problems while the water heater was under the 6-year warranty period. I had some other plumbing items that I talked with him about and I will be contacting him in the near future to do some more work for me. It's nice to have found a professional plumber with his own business that I feel will give me excellent service at a fair price.Torrance CA
