MJB Woodworking is the creation of Michael J. Bruno, a master carpenter who has been working in the construction and millwork business since 1981. Mike started as a framing carpenter, and then went on to general contracting, building new homes in upstate New York.

The millwork side of Mike's business started with a client request. At that time in upstate New York, there was no millwork shop. After much careful research, Mike started producing cabinetry and millwork out of his garage. He then moved his work into a millwork facility measuring 20,000 Sq. Ft., and with 28 new employees, he started providing both millwork and construction services all over New England and as far as South Carolina.
In 2005, Mike had enough of the snow and cold in the North, so he and his wife decided to head for the sunshine of the South. Mike sold his business to two of his top workers and settled in Englewood, Florida, allowing him to work in Tampa, Naples, and Sarasota.
Having operated on a larger scale in the North, Mike decided he wanted to operate on a much smaller scale here in Florida, allowing him to give each and every customer the attention he or she deserves. Five highly skilled craftsmen, including Mike, work out of the Florida facility, which measures 4,500 Sq. Ft.
