Work Description: This large house had ALL ...of the old wood shakes CAREFULLY removed, new plywood, new base sheet, great detailing, and SHAZAMM! No more leak worries for me. A days later, a few workers (true Craftsmen!) returned to install the new compo shingles.

He came out and took a look, promptly sent me a contract that looked good.. and the price was fair. Hey! That was almost too easy!
Soon afterward, a huge crew showed up, rose up the lift-bed truck in the driveway, and started work. This large house had ALL ...of the old wood shakes CAREFULLY removed, new plywood, new base sheet, great detailing, and SHAZAMM! No more leak worries for me! I was truly amazed when they were finished and all gone before noon!
A few days later, a few workers (true Craftsmen!) returned to install the new compo shingles. All done!
I observed the entire process up close. All aspects of the job were handled professionally. No mess, no fuss, no accidents, no "change-order extras".....NO PROBLEMS!
Having personally "inspected" millions of square feet of all types of roofing, I can honestly say that Mission Valley Roofing did an incredibly wonderful job on my own house (where I tend to be too picky some times).
