Work Description: I actually just talked to Jim from Mileston on the phone and he was very kind. He did not do (in his business) what I needed done. Misplaced reference, but he gave me another reference or two and he explained how "the system", the so-called political system wrt my problem works. Very nice guy. If I ever needed done what he does, I will call him, for sure.
Comments: One other guy called me back and left a message but I assumed he would also not do the work I needed so I did not call him. Also I could not really understand the message, i.e.phone number. The other one may have sent an email. I did not reply.Thank you!

Work Description: Replacement of water lines and water treatment system in our home.
Comments: Thank you so much for saving us. When our pipes on our first floor started leaking, we were unsure what to do. You came out and tested our water only to found that our PH was very low and it had caused our copper pipes to fail. You installed a treatment system and replaced all of the copper piper in our home in one long day ! We couldn't have asked for a better plumber! Someone who figured out the cause and also provided us with a complete solution.God Bless You.

Comments: I left a feedback earlier for Milestone Plumbing where I had marked the price with 3 stars. However when I thought about it, I felt that 3 stars was unfair for the pricing they gave me and so I am upgrading it to 4 stars. Their work was excellent. They explained all that they were doing very well ahead of time and did all that was required to complete the project successfully while keeping the pricing reasonably good. Comments: As far as contractors go, Milestone Plumbing is probably the best I have ever dealt with. They are extremely professional, courteous, and did more work than they said they would do for the same price. They also clean up after themselves. I just can't say positive about Jim and his crew.
