Work Description: repair a/c unit that had stopped working
Comments: I called on Mike for help with an a/c unit that had stopped working - and absolutely recommend him without reservation. He was very responsive, competent, thorough, thoughtful enough to be sure he and his worker covered their shoes with those bootie-things before setting foot on my hardwood floors, and fairly priced. He explained everything he needed to do - let me know where there were some choices I could make that might save me money and openly discussed the pro'a and con's.....I knew when I called him that he has a good reputation in the community- and now I know first-hand why he's earned it. I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone I know.
