Work Description: Remove a track light, then install two lights and raise a switch about 10 inches to clear a cubicle wall.
Comments: I called MetroTech today around 2:30pm and discuss what I needed done. One of the managers (Chris) said, "We will be there ASAP." I deal with contractors all the time and ASAP can mean tomorrow. We are located in Plano and two guys should up promptly by 3pm. Chris was in Wylie and Anthony was in Frisco. WOW!!! First off I was blown away by the urgency to handle our project. Then both Chris as well as Anthony were Extremely professional and courteous to our employees. These guys know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE and PUNCTUALITY. I am glad I found these guys and I am positive we will be using them again soon. Thanks for everything guys. Glad to see there are still some HARD WORKING, CUSTOMER SERVICE driven companies in the construction industry.

Work Description: We had Metrotech hang a chandelier and put in 5 can lights.
Comments: They did not charge a fee to come give us a bid! The bid was fair and when the work was completed the cost was actually less. Chris and Jonathan were the tech's that we worked with and they were both courteous, neat, and timely along with doing a good job. We will call them again for the next project.
