Work Description: Install of garbage disposal.
Comments: I had purchased a garage disposal from Amazon and they sent McCullagh services out. When Tom arrived, he realized I had purchased the wrong size. He went out to another store and picked up the right size and installed it, then helped me with the return of the wrong size back to Amazon. I have since hired him independently and am incredibly happy.Des Plaines IL

Work Description: They were supposed to move a dresser from my friend's house to my house.
Comments: I scheduled movers through McCullagh Services to come to a friend's house to pick up a dresser and transport the dresser to my house. I received an email confirmation and scheduled the appointment about a week in advance. The movers never showed up or called. They were supposed to come between 6:30pm and 7pm (from what I was told over the phone). I received a voice message the next day that there was a miscommunication and the lady (Amanda) actually had the nerve to ask if I'd like to reschedule. I didn't call back. I used Amazon Services in the past, which contracts out to McCullagh Services, and had no problems, but I would definitely never go through McCullagh Services again. This was extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time and my friend's time.-
