Comments: Replaced my roof after Irma, I paid, not insurance, from start it was stressful, no one supervises the workers, they caused holes in my stucco on both my bay windows, didn't cut edge flashing correctly, caused a dip in my roof, didn't use correct materials to replace one inch running boards used thin plywood next to thick running boards, shingles do not meet the wall there is a gap between shingles and wall with exposed metal flashing, charged me for removing two layers of shingles but didn't, as we had completely replaced the roof years ago down to deck , charged me for running boards they didn't use, charged me for plywood they didn't use as I watched the workers cut most of it in half and put in their truck when they left, claim they will fix their mistakes but have spent the last 6 mths threatening me and trying to wear me down so I just give up. Now sent someone out today who clearly just making excuses, and not saying they will fix anything. I would never recommend this company to anyone, they don't care about standing behind their work, they have no clue about how to treat customers, they are basically just trying to get money and move on, the warranty is not even good while they are working on your home, I do not trust anything they say, NEVER give money up front, a reputable company won't ask for it and will guarantee you are satsisfied with their work.
