Work Description: Painting and Power washing

Comments: We recently contracted with LV Painting to paint the interior of our home. Mr. Valverde acquired the paints and all the other supplies needed to perform to the work. The work was performed in a professional manner and the price was reasonable. Mr. Valverde was attentive and addressed any concerns that we had. The work was performed in a very timely manner. We were so impressed with the work performed that we used them again to power wash the exterior of the house. The results of all the work exceeded our expectations. We would recommend them to anyone needing any of the services they provide.

Work Description: Painting and Refine carpentry

Comments: Mr Valverde from the start was professional and attentive. He followed up the email response with a phone call requesting much needed details about the project. When we told him that besides the painting we also needed carpentry (new to the area we didn’t know anybody) he was able to find a person to work alongside to complete the carpentry in record time. He also demonstrated a good artistic ability for colors and esthetics. He made suggestions that save us expense. They prepared and painted the walls of the basement, garage and powder room. Installed and finished the baseboards in the basement, installed a frame and door to a closet, prepared and stained the stairs going to the basement and removed the carpet from the bedrooms' hallway and installed new wood floors. He acquired the paints and all the other supplies. All this work had to be done in a week and in the middle of the tragic pandemic environment. The quality of the work was first class. We previously have renovated 3 other properties so we have experience with contractors and painter’s work and the product of LV Painting has been the best of all. Kudos to such quality and timely work!

Work Description: Interior Painting-1 to 2 rooms

Comments: When my painter got sick and couldnt meet my deadline, I contacted LV Painting. Luis showed up on a Sunday, and we agreed to a price . He showed up on Monday and job was finished ny Wednesday ! This was a 500 square ft room with 18 ft cathedral ceiling. The room also needed to be taped and spackled in several corners. The room required 2 coats of paint. I cant begin to express how pleased I am with the result. LV was prompt, fast and professional. His work is exceptional and fairly priced. Would hire again in a second and definitely recommend !
