Comments: WE JUST MOVED INTO OUR HOME,NOT KNOWING ANYONE IN OUR AREA~WHEN WE EMAILED NETWORX~WITHIN 5 MINUTES MR.ROBERTSON CALLED US BACK..VERY KIND,PATIENT&KNOWLEDGEABLE;!! HIS SON STEFAN CAME TO DO THE WORK&BOTH; HE&TYRELL; WERE AMAZING!! NOT ONLY DID THEY DO WHAT THEY CAME FOR BUT SECURED A 'LIVE WIRE' GLENN THOUGHT HE FOUND⁢ WAS LIVE!! WE ARE ALREADY SETTING UP ANOTHER APPT. TO HAVE THIS FABULOUS TEAM COME TO DO A FEW OTHER THINGS AS WELL..IT IS SUCH A RELIEF TO FIND AN ELECTRICTAL TEAM AS PERSONABLE,HARDWORKING&THOROUGH; AS L&R ELECTRICAL IS!! Comments: I got a call promptly in the morning. The repairman asked me sufficient questions to allow me to fix the problem myself. He was very helpful over the phone, and offered to come later if I was unable to fix the problem myself. Superb service, very friendly and extremly helpful.Raleigh NC

Work Description: I had several outlets out as well as overhead lights. I was getting sparks from the breaker switch. I also needed an outside light checked
Comments: Linell was here within an hour after speaking with him. He figured out the problem and fixed everything. He came after 5:00 on the day before July 4th. I so appreciate him taking my request and fixing everything so quickly. He is also a really nice guy. I would recommend him anytime!
