Work Description: Furnace and AC replacement
Comments: When the first installer arrived at my home I was told that my new HVAC system would require a 2 day installation. The following day the second installer arrived at my home with no reference that was discussed during the time of the estimate. Both days the installer had to leave early leaving me with an additional duct tube to be replaced and literally ran out the second day after the installation. The following 2 days the second installer attempted to complete and have the unit running and no one knew where the filter compartment was located nor what size filter was needed, finally the owner came to my home the following week to inform me that a part was needed to complete and have my unit running. On the 8th day Mike arrived to my home to have my unit up an running and told me that it was not a "big deal" to go without the filter. Luckily I was able to get a new digital thermostat after someone was called to try and salvage the old one but still using 40 amp fuses and probably the only resident in Wayne to not use a furnace filter.Lake Hiawatha NJ

Comments: LEPORE’S HVAC :Michael was fantastic to deal with from start to finish!
From contacting him for the 1st time last weekend (during a miserable heat wave) to his showing up on early Monday morning to scope out my needs for a complete replacement he “set a high bar” that he will provide me a quality 5 ton system, with an impeccable work crew at an extremely fair price and stand behind what he pitched.
Well it took me a few hours on that Monday morning to say yes to the deal. By 8:00 am on Tuesday, Mike and his “crew” showed up with my new 5 ton Goodman compressor and air handler system. The removal of my old system and installation was a little complex and had to take some extra time , but with two days, my new system was up and running.
Doing business with Mike was great. His crew was also a pleasure to have worked with as well.
If you are hoping to find an HVAC specialist that can perform like a “Swiss Army Knife”, then I recommend Lepore’s HVAC as the “problem solver” to your air conditioning problems!
