The oldest of five brothers, Lenn was raised in Northern NH until he graduated from Colebrook Academy in 1982. After serving 3 years in the U.S. Army as a Tank Systems Technician, he discovered his knack for electricity. He graduated from NHTI-Laconia in 1987 with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Electrical Construction.

After his apprenticeship under his father, he was hired as a Plant Electrician for Bose Speaker Corp in the fall of 1988. While at Bose Lenn continued pursuing his electrical career and reached his goal of Master Electrician in 1989.

Lenn moved to Berlin in 1995 and started Lenn Johnson Electric in the fall of 1996. He relocated to Pembroke in 2001 and has since serviced the greater Concord NH area.
