Work Description: GARAGE ROOF -UPDATE ON MY PRIOR REVIEW
Comments: I had left a review a couple of days ago and wanted to update it, or add on. there were a couple of issues with getting to the job on time. After speaking with Daniel, he explained what had been happening on his end and I felt more at ease. If someone was looking to hire a roofer, I would definitely recommend Daniel. He is a hard worker and he did a good job for me. I did like him and his wife was a trooper to help him as he was short handed at the time. Work Description: Roof Install - Asphalt Shingle
Comments: Let me start with the positive. He was very nice, when he was working, he was a hard worker. He was congenial and I honestly liked him. the only draw back, he said he would be here at certain times and was ALWAYS way late, for instance, he was going to be here at 9:30 a.m. one morning and he got her at 3:00 p.m. and it was on and on like this. He quoted 2.5 days and it was, but he spread himself between my job and another job, so, in actuality, it was about a week. I was not happy because I had a friend who rearranged his time for several days and he ended up waiting for the roofer for long hours. The roofer finally called my friend while I was at work. He apologized on a couple of occasions for his lateness, but it was too late. Also, I don't know if he realized it or not, but my friend is going to need his house re-roofed. He was watching him and was going to have him come and give him a bid when he gets ready to do the project, but has decided against it because the roofer was on his own timeline.Other than that, I honestly did like the guy! :)
