Comments: Mr. Wilson was amazingly prompt! Friendly and helpful, he made a couple of very good suggestions replaced the faucet and cleared the clogged drains quickly. Comments: Mr. Wilson's expertise and customer service skills turned around a very unpleasant experience with the repairperson/company our home warranty company had sent out. Afterwards his response to our home warranty company's inquiry when we filed a complaint resulted in minimizing our loss to only the $75 service charge and repair of items not covered under the warranty. Comments: Legacy Plumbing was FANTASTIC !!! Most importantly, they came immediately, even though it was 8pm. They worked until late at night and came back the next morning to finish the job. They did not charge crazy overtime prices. In fact, while their rates are well below those charged by larger companies, their performance is 5 star! They were courteous, clean and above all, fixed the problem the first time, fixed it right, protected the integrity of my current plumbing and provided tremendous peace of mind. Comments: Honestly it has been a long time since I have solicited the services of a contractor who turned out to be so knowledgable, personable, cost effective and HONEST. Wilson is not only good at what he does, but he enjoys doing it. Most of all, he keeps the customer's needs first. He replaced my PRV, checked all faucets, toilets to ensure pressure was back to normal as well as making sure leak was completely eliminated. He is the answer to anyone's plumbing needs! I would recommend him to others.
