Description: I will do any work for you just like I was doing it at Home for myself. I will meet you and discuss the desired work and will put together a Bid of my Charges and share that with you at another meeting, that we will set. If chosen to do your work, I will perform your Job with my perfectionistic , Highest Quality Workmanship for the Fair Market Price in my Bid. I will be at the Job site every day, M_F, and weekends are negotiable, until the work is completed. I will keep the work area clean and free of trash at the close of every work day. When I am doing Your Job, I will be concentrating only on completing Your Job. For my compensation, I will require 1/2 of the total bid before I begin work to cover my expenses. I will be respectful of your family and your time and I look forward to working with You in the future.
