LandCore Resources is also a licensed, bonded and insured Right of Way Concrete Sidewalk Contractor with the City and County of Denver. This licensure allows for the demolition and installation of existing and or new City sidewalks, curbs and gutters that abutt private property situated within the City Right of Way. Not all concrete contractors are able to work within the City and County of Denver Right of Way without this licensure and bonding.
