Description: We are a full service remodeling and new construction company with over 15 years experience in the business. No job is too small or too large for us to accommodate. In the last couple years we have built 2 houses from the slab up, done several full gut/remodel jobs, dozens of small bathroom and kitchen remodels, dozens of flooring jobs and numerous other deferred maintenance related projects. We work for several investors in the area to help with 'make-ready' on rentals and even full flip properties.
We provide free estimates. We are also partnered with a Real Estate Appraiser that does reduced fee consultations for investors. The appraiser can give you the current market value and also run through the market data like an agent would, but with the knowledge of what needs to be fixed on a property so it's not flagged in closing for repairs. The appraiser can also help you decide what would help the property sell/appraise for more or quicker.
If you are unfortunately dealing with an insurance claim, we are able to work with your insurance company throughout the process to make things go as smoothly as possible.
We are happy to work with you throughout the process with budgeting, planning, materials, etc.
