Comments: Came to provide estimate without hours. Was prompt, kind, had even better ideas than I did. When it rained instead of leaving, he waited in his truck . This caused the job to take a bit longer but the price was exactly the estimate.. professional yet very pleasant. Can’t wait to start next weeks project. Three of my neighbors already hired him. Comments: He, a one man operation responded, sized up the job, gave a price and did the job as requested. However, there was no cleanup after completing the job. Debris from the sod was left on the walkway instead of sweeping the walkway thereby leaving it as was upon his arrival and debris from the sod was left on the side of the road instead of cleaning up after himself. Finally, no invoice for his services were provided leaving no documented evidence of his services and payment. I would use him again provided the above issues are rectified.Fort Lauderdale FL

Comments: Kevis did excellent work on this project. He responded and got started right away. The quality of the work was excellent. He ended up doing some extra work as well - fixing some sprinklers, putting in some shrubs, some yard cleanup and putting in a gravel path. Comments: Poorly prepared lawn for sod installation. He then used sod that was dried out and in poor condition. He didn't even completely re-sod the area requested for the job. He promised he would return to finish the job but never did and ignored my calls to contact him. I have not seen or heard from him again. When I told him I wanted to get the sod from somewhere other than where he normally goes, he was more than happy to go where I wanted. All of my questions were answered and I feel good that I hired this company rather than the other one I met with. I got nothing but good vibes from Kavise and my dog liked him, which says alot. Work Description: Trim 3 palm trees in the front yard.
Comments: This was among one of the worst experiences I have had since living in Florida. They showed up without any equipment, did half the job and left. Since then, I have tried three times after speaking to Mike who promised me he would return. They have not and after paying over $400.00 my trees are not trimmed. I will certainly not use or promote this service . I got ripped off by a fly by night and I intend to take whatever action I can to prevent anyone else from my experience.-
