Comments: Initial sit down meeting went great. Explained the various patterns and what may be best for the flow of our home. After Ken left i called and cancelled ALL other companies we had set up for quotes. He gave us a start time of 9am it was meet. Not only punctual! People he cleans up his mess as well. Comments: "Within 10 minutes of requesting someone to repair a garage door spring, Ken from KB called me and offered his services. He gave me a price, and his warranty information plus the type of materials he uses. I called other company in the area and his price was at the low end of the other prices, but his warranty was far better. This was on a saturday before mother,s day sunday. I suggested to do the job on Monday, and he offered to do it at once. Within two house of Ken first calling me, he was at the home repairing a garage door spring, and had it done within one hour. I am a retired policeman and to say I am pleased is an understatement."
