Work Description: Decks/Porches/Ramps - Repair
Comments: Work is not complete. Screens are replaced but base plates for screens are not secured to floor. Waiting on vendor to return to complete the job. I have requested an invoice for the work. We have retained $200 pending completion of the job. Vendor has not contacted us for a completion date.-
