Work Description: Decorative and intricate kitchen glass and tile backsplash
Comments: Nik Bursac is a "master" at gorgeous tile work. We remodeled our entire kitchen this summer and the most difficult to decide on was tile backsplash that we wanted to go beyond the ordinary. We wanted an "understated wow factor" and boy did we get that with Nik. He has a natural eye for color and design. What the customer visualizes is his goal to make happen. The intricacy of cutting the tiniest pieces to shape a design or blend perfectly with your countertops, hardware and cabinets. He does what he says and more. Nik is so prompt that you need to stay alert to his energy and creativity so as not to miss a beat of this terrific artisan. At the end of a day its so clean you'd never even know he was there. My husband said when he left after a long hot summers day on the job... "boy he is a hard worker." Just marvelous and the bathrooms will be next Nik! Work Description: I hired Nick from K & L Tiles to install a new marble tile backsplash in my kitchen as well as porcelain tile flooring with new base trim in my kitchen. K & L Tiles was one of three bidders for the work. This job required removal of old vinyl flooring as well as extensive patching of drywall in the backsplash area as a different, prior contractor caused major damage when removing my old kitchen countertops.
Comments: This was my first time hiring K & L Tiles and it was a very positive experience. I could not be more pleased with the quality of workmanship. The backsplash and floor came out beautifully and the trim work is superb. Nick is a professional and so pleasant to work with. He arrived on time every morning; he advised me of what he planned to accomplish each day, and stayed true to that, and cleaned up after himself every day so I was not coming home from work at night to a messy, dusty house or garage. He even finished the job a day early! This was not the easiest of jobs as the marble I chose for the backsplash is quite fragile with a tendency to crumble, and my kitchen floor was not level where it transitions to the family room. You'd never know it by the end result. Nick clearly knows what he's doing and can troubleshoot after ten years of laying tile. I will definitely hire K & L Tiles when I move on to renovating the master bath and would recommend them to a friend.Parker CO

Work Description: Tile bathtub surround and floor
Comments: Where do I start! First of all, when I put in my request on Networx, Nick called me back immediately and gave me an estimate quickly. He showed up for the estimate on time and gave a fair and acceptable bid. I hired him on the spot due to his great personality. Nick also showed up for the job on time, cleaned up and displayed above average craftsmanship. I am so thankful we found him. I have two other bathrooms that Nick will definately be doing for us.
