Work Description: Replace warped 4x4 posts and replace boards that have warped and/or split.
Comments: Although the work is not yet finished, but the job is looking good so far. The team performing the work has allowed me to relax. The entire team seems to work well together and sticks on task. If they finish the job in the same professional manner demonstrated so far, I will be very pleased and happy to pay them for their job.
