Work Description: Replacing an old toilet with a new one, and carting away the old toilet
Comments: The plumber came and replaced the old toilet with the new one just fine. However, part of the deal was he agreed to cart away the old toilet. This was clearly agreed upon before we hired him. On the day he came to do the work, he said he was unable to take the toilet away but would have someone pick it up the next. day. When that didn't happen, we called, and were advised by the plumber that the guy he uses to cart away the old toilets was busy upstate on another job, and would not be available for "weeks" - and he suggested we dispose of it ourselves. I won't ever use this plumber again.
