Work Description: Tile Install and Grout Cleaning
Comments: Jesse took his time with me and helped me pick out the tile for my kitchen. We have used him for our last two homes . This year, he did a major kitchen install which came out really beautiful. However, the grout we used turned darker in color in a year. We used Tec Grout. They explained that the grout can turn darker, but nothing stained it. We simply didn't seal it last year. Jesse also offers a Grout Cleaning Service. He finished today and the floor looks like it was just put down. I will be sealing it tomorrow. I am glad Jesse offers a Grout Cleaning Service as well. I can trust him in my home when I am not there with no worries. Book him upon him giving you an estimate for tile or his new Grout Cleaning Service as he is a solo company. Work Description: Tile installation - repairs needed and not being done
Comments: We have used Jesse, the owner of JR Andrews Tile and Stone for many years. It does really pain me to write this review. We hired Jesse to rip out our hardwood floor in our kitchen and install tile approximately 9/2018. We have been asking him for almost a year to come back and repair the chipped tiles . They got chipped when he dropped a box of tiles taking them from his truck to the garage. He is putting us off, making broken promises and not showing up to do the repairs; the baseboard was not put on correctly either. A generous tip was also given but I guess when the job is over, it's over. I would not recommend JR Andrews Tile.
