Work Description: Our furnace went out and we didn't know what was wrong.
Comments: Joseph Moore Heating and Cooling suggested a possible solution to try before coming out. Unfortunately for us it didn't work out. We called back and withing an hour or so someone came to the house. Twenty minutes later the pilot light was replaced and our furnace was working again. We were very happy with the service.

Comments: Joseph has been doing my work for 30 years. He does satisfactory work and always passes inspections the first time.-
