Work Description: Patio Extension
Comments: I hired Jose Garcia owner of D&G Concrete, Inc., to extend a concrete patio. After the job was completed on 5/27/20, what looked like oil stains, appeared in the concrete. I called Mr. Garcia on 5/30/20, and at his request I sent pictures of the stained concrete. I asked Mr. Garcia to come look at the stains; he did not. He told me there was a curing time of 28 days, it has been more than 60 days since the job was completed and stains are still there. The concrete has begun to crumble in the oil stained areas. I contacted Mr. Garcia again on 8/3/20, sent pictures at his request. He has not responded to the issues. Since he has not responded, it signals a non-verbal refusal to offer a repair or correction to the concrete issues. I hired D&G Concrete, Inc., based on advertisement on their website that the company was member of the BBB and Greensboro Builders Association. However, this was false advertisement because the company is not a member in these organizations. The solution is for Mr. Garcia to repair and correct the concrete issues.Greensboro NC
