Work Description: Replaced entire roof on my personal residence.
Comments: Very prompt after initial consultation, called me within 24 hours of first notice and arrived at my home for a quote within 3 days. He actually came on the day he said he would be there, which I cannot say for any other contractor I contacted. Once we made our final decision on contractors and styles, we contacted Jones. He ordered the shingles and supplies immediately, and they were delivered to our home within 3 days. His crew replaced the roof 4 days after that. Ron came to our home that evening to inspect and follow up. We were very pleased with the professionalism, timeliness, and courtesy. Price was very reasonable as well, very competitive with other contractors.

Work Description: Jones Roofing and Home Improvement repaired some damage done by squirrels to our exhaust stacks on our roof.
Comments: I am very satisfied with their work. They did a great job, I would highly recommend them, and I plan on having them come back to replace a chimney cap.-
