Work Description: Central A/C - Install/Replace
Comments: It came down to two contractors. Two others were too low, or two high. I chose John at JMHVAC for many reasons, timeliness, demeanor, knowledge, etc. I was not disappointed. Showed up 9AM on time, by 10AM next day, job was done and clean. Very neat worker, very personable. There's almost always added needs once the work begins. John immediately ordered custom parts and continued without missing a beat. Very professional experience. Thank you John.Burlington MA

Work Description: Brand new complete Central Air installation.
Comments: If you are looking into having a Central Air system installed, then "STOP" do not go any further & call John @ J M HVAC before it is too late.If I may explain: I am not a spring chicken by all means. I have had professional Home improvement experience in my previous life; however, most of all, I am an extremely fussy individual and very demanding of perfection. My spouse calls me Neurotic.
In short, when I first met John, I had an immediate trust factor.
John is a very professional individual eager to please. Very attentive to details, for example:
When you have a large project such as this one you automatically expect damage.
John & his crew were impeccable.
Not one scratch on our newly painted walls, not one scratch on our Solid Mahogany Floors. It was too good to be true!
A well orchestrated and planned performance from the first time we met all the way to the final walk through!
John & crew were absolutely AMAZING, period.
