We had pretty significant hail damage and he was able to help us through filing a claim and will install our new roof next Spring (due to the shingles being in backorder). Not only did we need a roof asap but we were also going through some very hard times both with health and personal life. Matt was so very kind and patient with us and really showed empathy for what we were going through. Him, as well as his team, were very prompt and professional in getting the job done and new roof is beautiful! You can imagine with a different ''well known'' roofer probably 10 years ago now and needless to say, I was more than a little gun shy moving forward with RT Construction. Talk about a stark difference! From the beginning, everything was very transparent and explained to me very clearly, so I understood exactly what the procedure looked like. I picked the materials and even cautiously watched everything get delivered to make sure I got what I ordered and sure enough it was all correct. I checked to make sure the permits were pulled correctly and they were even though my City can be a real tough one to work with, I watched the installation and it was flawless as well. I received the warranty in writing, and was even given a box of custom chocolates as a thank you gift from the company. I mean why can't everything be this good?Lee's Summit MO

Comments: All I can say is wow! I've owned this house for nearly 20 years and it was just in such terrible shape. The shingles were curling and falling off and it just really looked bad. I decided to use RT construction because they have good reviews all over the internet, so I felt confident in them, but let me tell you after they gave me not only the best estimate, but the best vibes they also gave me the best Roof!My old house looks beautiful and I'm so excited to be living in the nicest house on the block!
