Work Description: Diagnose tripped circuit breaker
Comments: We found Jeff on google and called him to help us out with an electrical problem we were having. Our pool pump started tripping the circuit breaker every time it was turned on. Jeff came over the next day (8/30-18) to diagnose our problem. He told us he found a bad circuit breaker and replaced it. The next day our circuit started tripping again. It was a holiday weekend and Jeff said he would try to fit us in the following week to look at it again. The pool was green and we were unable to wait that long. We called another electrician who actually diagnosed the problem properly instead of just doing the easy thing...there was a short in the outlet itself outside. (Jeff admittedly never checked our outlet!). We tried to reach out to Jeff to have our $50 diagnostic fee refunded, since he didn't do any diagnostic at all but he ignored our emails and voicemail. I would think twice before using Jeff Thomas Electric!! His website states Free Consultation and that he accepts credit cards. However, he told us cash or check only. Not professional at all.Work Description: Installed 3 ceiling fans
Comments: Jeff called immediately set up an appointment for 2 days later. He came was very professional and did a great job.I will be calling him again for other electrical jobs.

Comments: Jeff did a fantastic job!Easy to work with, fixed numerous issues a previous contractor had problems with. Traced an open neutral and took the time required to insure that we were satisfied and all issues were resolved. We will be calling him back to work on other items at our house!

Work Description: Fixed electrical problem where lights in dining room, kitchen, bathroom, garage did not work, as well as outlets in dining room, kitchen, bathroom.
Comments: Great job, very professional and very helpful. $50 for service call, $55 for 1 hour work. Since work was done in 30 minutes, the remaining time was spent in addressing problems I had with 2 ceiling fans (i.e., how to change the broken light switch in one fan, and replace the light unit, due to flickering/arcing of electricity in one of the light sockets in the other fan). He opened up the fans, took out the parts that needed to be changed/replaced and showed me what I needed to do once I got the replacement parts. I would use him again.Pittsford NY
