Comments: James did an outstanding job building our front porch and back deck. He really takes pride in his work. My brother-in-law is a builder and raved about the quality of the work James did. His wasn't the cheapest bid we got but it was fair and the value I received was excellent.Cumming GA

Work Description: I hired James to replace the railing, posts, steps, pickets and to create a custom gate on my existing deck.
Comments: I had started the job with another contractor who was doing inferior work so I had to let him go. James came in was very courteous and professional and quickly gave me a fair price to fix what the previous contractor did as well as to finish the remaining tasks. After the first day it was clear to me my decision to bring James on was a good one. You can see from his work that he is a perfectionist. He estimated the job would take 3 days to complete and he finished right on time. He and his helper put in long days and made sure to clean up once completed. My wife who is a Realestate agent liked his work do much that she will be recommending him to her clients who need handy man work done. James is coming back next week to start on phase II of things that need to be done around our house. I feel very fortunate to have crossed James Hogan's Carpentry and DecksBuford GA
