Work Description: Replace Wood Siding
Comments: Worst contractor experience I have ever experienced !1) Poor workmanship.
2) Not dependable.
3) Not accountable for errors and poor workmanship. (Missed rotted and soft spots on the siding...his excuse was that he was human...the soft and rotted areas where above and around the windows where you expect them to be / where was he looking !)
4) Wants to be paid in full for not completing the contracted work. (I paid him in full just to get this terrible experience behind me)
This is the first negative review that I have ever written and submitted on the internet. I will have to hire another contractor to do some of his work that was contracted to complete and to redo some of his work that was done incorrectly. Please find another contractor and get the job done right, save money by not paying twice for the same repair, and eliminate the headaches.
Last thought...Jack and Rick supposedly repaired my deck and the repair was to eliminate any potential leaking under and around my sliding doors to the deck...guess what...it still leaks !
