Work Description: re-grout kitchen tiles.
Comments: There has to be something worse than "terrible". Doesn't know what he is doing. Chipped the tiles and left a cloud of dirt through the house. Didn't cover anything and his only answer was "sorry for the extra dust". Wouldn't answer the BBB,haven't heard from Consumer Affairs, and refused my letter. My biggest mistake was to trust Networx. They never answered me .Merrick NY
