Work Description: A total remodel of our guest restroom to accommodate someone that needs accessibility assistance.
Comments: Joshua and Timo did a wonderful job remodeling our guest restroom. They were both very kind and courteous before / during / after the project. They are friendly, trustful and knowledgeable in their field of work.The duration of the total remodel took about 7 days. From demolition of the floor tile to the installation of all the new materials and everything in between.
The quality of work was spot on. If they saw something that didn't look right or needed some extra time, they would re-do it and stay late.
With every skill, there is always something to improve on. That being said the only thing that perhap they can improve on is to keep their clients more informed if plans change. We all know that things pop up and need to be address but in the future, a quick text stating that "they can't arrive today" or "we'll be there late" will go a long way in terms of communication. They did keep us inform to a certain extent but there were a couple of times that I needed ask them what was the plan for today or the status on the project. Once I texted them, they would instantly respond back saying that something came up that needed to be address. I totally understood and didn't mind that, some people would, but a heads up would of been perfect so that we're all on the same page. I never once thought that they wouldn't finish nor considered them to be lazy.
Overall, they did a wonderful job and we're extremely thankful for the work that they did. So much that we're going to be reaching out to them in the near future to remodel our whole kitchen and entertainment room.

Work Description: Replace tile floor in shower and regrout entire shower.
Comments: Did an excellent shower repair for us. Always on time. Very pleased and glad to recommend.Shirley
