Work Description: Clubhouse remodel. This included completely redoing a Townhome community clubhouse. Two large meeting rooms, 2 baths, kitchen, windows, etc.

Work Description: We had 2 bathrooms completely renovated, all new doors and windows installed, two new fireplace mantles built, family room cabinets installed, all new lighting throughout, dimmers, new outlets, interior and exterior paint, installed garage cabinets & utility sink, built a workbench. New deck materials on two balconies. New brick patio and gas fire pit built. New block/stucco wall and gate. New iron stair rail. Many miscellaneous minor repairs.
Comments: Jay Warner is an exceptionally good General Contractor and his prices are very fair. He has very, very good subcontractors. His tile men are artisans, his painters are perfectionists, his cabinet makers are the best you can find. His plumber and electricians are top notch as well. The quality of the work was phenomenal. They far exceeded our expectations in regards to attention to detail and we are extremely particular about the finished quality. The work by all of his sub-contractors was the highest quality. The tile work is meticulous. The painters are excellent, clean and careful. The plumber is wonderful and conscientious. His electricians are also excellent. Jay oversees all work and makes sure everything is done right. Jay Warner himself is a master carpenter and does unbelievably beautiful work. The mantle and the cabinets are museum quality and we could not be more pleased with the results. Jay coordinated the timing of the projects excellently. He broke down detailed costs of all work on his invoices. He always texted me about who would be coming the next day and what time they would arrive. He was very conscientious about performing work being done while we were at home. It was a good experience. I feel we got great value for our money, especially for this high quality work. He drove an hour each way every day and still arrived early every day. We would never use anyone else if we need more work done. We feel lucky to have found Jay Warner. You will be very satisfied if you use this company's services. The quality of all his work is outstanding. I recommend JA Warner Construction very highly.
