Comments: The work was done promtly (same day) and effectively. I am very impressed, because when I tried to fix the AC before, someone told me that nothing could be done. John Roman did an excellent job, and I am very gratefull

Comments: I am very satisfied with his service. I am a woman superintendent and I always felt that he has been honest, trustworthy and very open to explain things step by step so that I would understand what work he was going to do.
